Acceptance Of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Vanta, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use Of Vanta

Vanta is operated by Rithik Reddy Matta. Vanta helps users manage tasks, habits, workouts, analytics, recovery data, WHOOP syncing, and encrypted journaling.

Access

Vanta account creation is currently open. Access can still be limited, changed, paused, or removed if needed for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, or platform development.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.
You are responsible for remembering your journal PIN.
You should notify support if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or attack Vanta.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or authentication.
Do not use Vanta to store unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
Do not interfere with other users or the operation of the service.

Health And Fitness Disclaimer

Vanta provides general fitness, wellness, productivity, and tracking information. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. See the Health & Fitness Disclaimer.

WHOOP Integration

WHOOP integration depends on user authorization, WHOOP API availability, WHOOP permissions, and third-party service behavior. Vanta is not responsible for interruptions or changes to WHOOP services.

Encrypted Journal PIN Warning

Journal content is intended to be encrypted client-side. The journal PIN is not stored. If you forget your PIN, encrypted journal content may not be recoverable.

Availability

Vanta is provided as-is and may change over time. There is no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vanta and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

Termination Or Suspension

Access may be suspended or terminated if a user violates these terms, abuses the service, creates security risk, or if the app is discontinued or materially changed.

Changes To Terms

These terms may be updated as Vanta evolves. Continued use of Vanta after changes means you accept the updated terms.
